To do something nice for those on my list, I decided to do a call with them. I updated them on what I had going on and answered a bunch of their questions.
Everyone on either of the two calls I did this week was appreciative and thankful. It was beyond a pleasant experience for me and I felt more appreciated than any other thing I’ve done (except for maybe my seminars…).
I’ve realized that I can’t create a product based around all of the information I have in my head and instead of being a jerk and holding it back, I’m going to be doing a call every week from now on. I will alternate a weekday evening with a Saturday afternoon every other week to ensure that everyone on my list has a chance to attend.
I’ve been using a free conference calling service, but am going to upgrade to instant teleseminar. I can then allow those that are overseas to attend without having to spend on long distance.
