Somehow I just became aware of you in the past couple of days. I’m sorry but if I’d seen you before, I simply don’t recall.

This surprises me because I thought I was paying attention.

Anyway, I saw you speak on a video from Howie and you have kicked me in the butt to get more videos out and to become the expert in my space.

I’m expert in a few things but to this point I certainly have not maximized that idea at all.
You’ve inspired me to take action in that direction.

Secondly, you’ve sharpened my focus to get a grasp on the fact that not only are the people we are trying to reach actually real individuals with hopes and fears and needs and not simply a ‘market’; but also that folks like yourself that have made the internet work for them are more than just ‘good marketers’ and/or ‘gurus’ but are in fact ‘real people’ also.

Simple enough, but very important to not loose site of. You help illustrate that by being so open and honest and even vulnerable to your audience.

You talk about differentiating yourself to stand out and get people’s attention. Well, you’ve gotten mine.
I’m paying attention now. Since seeing that first video, I’ve looked all over looking for stuff you put out etc. and even though I just now became aware of you, I’m starting to get a feel for what a force you are. Thanks for being so willing to personally help.

I know the contest is long past, I just felt motivated to share with you that you’ve made a positive impact even on someone who’s only just now started to listen.

I came across Ross a few months ago on the Internet. Here is what impressed me the most… I purchased his product, Traffic Magnet, on a Saturday night. I had a minor issue with the software and e mailed support. I don’t think it was even 5 minutes later that I heard from Ross and he took care of that issue right away for me.

Now from my experience with dealing with other product owners, not only do I always have to wait 24,48, or more hours to hear a response back from a ticket but I NEVER heard back from the owner of the product on a weekend night so quickly before.

This was no coincidence. Ross and his company take customer service extremely important and answer a ticket with lightning speed.

Being that I have been around Ross for a decent amount of time now, I want to say how real he is and so much different from all the other “so called gurus” out there. He goes above and beyond for all his customers.

I first got too know you about 30 days before I canceled my stompernet subscription. My concern was that I wasn’t going to be able to use the SEOQast which was one of the tools that I was anxious too use. You emailed me and gave me a great link too get Traffic Magnet and even though I haven’t had a chance to dive into it yet, I know it’s exactly what I need and I’m sure it’s DA’ BOMB and even better than SEOQast.

Okay I will be honest here, afterall honesty is the best policy right!!

I have NOT, and I repeat I HAVE NOT exaggerated any information provided above, you are great at what you do and awesome at customer service. Now besides that I must say…..

I WANT TOO WIN, I PLAY TOO WIN, so I’m not going too say that I don’t want to win because I would be lying, and lying is not my character.

I never win any of these online affiliate contests that guru’s run because I don’t have a BIG SUBSCRIBER LIST, so I thought I can tell the truth and possibly WIN, more of Ross stuff would be really cool.
