A Single Income Stream or Many?

You’ll hear different ideas depending on who
you talk to, but what is truly better?  Should
you focus on one specific method or create
different types of systems to best serve your
business?  I’ve heard many different perspectives,
from many different people and here is my take on
it all:

I feel that you should always be coming up with
new ideas to create the type of business that
creates the freedom you are personally looking
to achieve for yourself.  The big dream of
working for yourself online is to have the
freedom to do what you want, when you want to
do it.  There are so many different things to
do, that it can be hard to work on different
projects at the same time and create the results
you’re looking for.

I personally believe that focusing on one main
idea can hurt you.  I did just that and, as most
of you know, that business failed and left us
with nothing but debt.  I’ve since decided to
focus on one main thing and spend a small amount
of time on other ideas.  This ensures that if a
project fails, I have other options I can move
to right away to provide the stability my
family needs.

What do I use? 

I, of course, am always making
my own products.  I’m currently working on 5.
That includes a one day seminar in Madison, WI
on 5/26.  I’ll send more on that soon. 

I use affiliate marketing, but only promote the
best products.  I’m sure you’ve noticed that I
don’t promote the same garbage you get from every
marketer online. 

I also use adsense sites.  If done right this
can be very powerful.  I use a combination of
blogs and content sites.  I also have a very
specific method of avoiding common pitfalls
with adsense. 

My good friend Liz Tomey (she really is a good
friend of mine) recently created some amazing
videos that will teach you exactly how she
earns a TON from Google every month.  The videos
are great and extremely well done, but are
missing something.  For any one that picks up

including a short report that will tell you
specifically “what not to do” with your adsense
sites and blogs.  It’s short, but very valuable.
